From the Trail Map – Browse Wineries by name by scrolling through the list on the left. Or browse by location by clicking on the map. Select “Pin to Itinerary”.   When you have selected wineries you would like to visit, click on “Show Itinerary” in the menu bar above.  You can also select filters before viewing to narrow your search. You can filter by region, winery features, or select one of our featured routes.

ZAP members receive their Passport to Zinfandel when they join or renew.  More than an official document representing your support of America’s Heritage Grape, the passport opens new doors to Zinfandel’s passionate community.

With each winery visit comes new adventures and new personal connections.  So, get your passport, journey to Zinfandel growing regions throughout California and enjoy complimentary tastings along the way.

How It Works 

• All Advocate members receive a Passport to Zinfandel. The number of stamps included with the passport varies depending on membership level*.
• Each stamp is valued at a minimum of $20, accommodates two guests, and is valid for one visit per participating winery.
• Visit participating wineries during regular business hours. Check the winery for reservation requirements.
• Upon arrival, introduce yourself to the tasting room staff and present your passport.
• Enjoy your complimentary Zinfandel tasting.  We suggest you jot down some tasting notes while you’re there.
• Please contact the winery before you visit to set your appointment and verify their hours of operation.
• Join or renew now to activate your passport.

Not all wineries require reservations but we do recommend checking the wineries websites for the most up to date information regarding their  tasting offers and hours.

You can easily access the winery website through a link on the listing on the trail map. Many offer online sales. But it is always more fun to visit the winery and taste the wines as you buy!
